The central streets of Stepanakert were very crowded on September 2. On the occasion of the 31st anniversary of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, a procession was organized.

It started at 18:00 from Freedom Square and ended at Revival Square. There, one hour later, a rally was organized.

Deputies of the Karabakh parliament headed the procession. Representatives of "Armenia" and "I Have Honor" opposition blocs were present there. We are talking in particular about deputies Vahe Hakobyan, Gegham Manukyan, and Tigran Abrahamyan.

A group of young people carried the flag of Karabakh at the front of the column. The procession was accompanied by songs about Karabakh. Citizens watched the procession from their houses and stores while waving flags. Calls for unity and struggle were heard during the march. There were also regular slogans such as "Nikol, go away" and "Nikol the traitor."
