The Ministry of Defense (MOD) of Armenia has dismissed another statement by the MOD of Azerbaijan.

This statement that, allegedly, the units of the Armenian Armed Forces on Friday opened fire in the direction of the Azerbaijani positions located in the eastern part of the Armenia-Azerbaijan border zone does not correspond to reality. The MOD of Armenia noted about this in its own statement.

It added that the situation on the Armenia-Azerbaijan border is relatively stable and is under the full control of the units of the Armenian Armed Forces.
