Investigation Committee of Artsakh Republic accepted into proceedings a criminal case brought under paragraphs 1 and 4 of part 2 of article 33-191 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Artsakh on the fact of the shelling by the Azerbaijani forces of the village Krasny Bazar and the damage of the house of a resident of the same community in July of this year.

The incident happened at about 11:45 on 28 July. As a result of the shelling, a resident of the village suffered material damage.
