Amid the aggressive military actions of the Azerbaijani side on various parts of the Armenian border, the information staff of Artsakh noted that as of 01:50 am the situation on the line of contact of Artsakh is relatively stable.

"We urge the population of the republic to remain calm and vigilant and to follow only official information," the Artsakh Information Staff says.
