The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh strictly condemns the aggressive actions unleashed by Azerbaijan against the Republic of Armenia on September 13, bombing the sovereign territory of Armenia and using force.

"These actions are a vivid manifestation of Armenian-hatred and genocidal policy, a gross violation of international law and norms.

We call on the international community to strictly condemn the aggressive actions of Azerbaijan, refraining from amorphous and addressless appeals and assessments, and to take appropriate measures against the aggressor.

We express our condolences to the families of all the victims and wish the wounded a speedy recovery," the MFA said in a statement.
