Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan held a phone talk with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, the press service of the Armenian Foreign Ministry reported, the press service of the Armenian Foreign Ministry reported.

Minister Mirzoyan presented the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border at midnight on September 13 as a result of the large-scale aggression by the Azerbaijani armed forces.

Ararat Mirzoyan informed of the steps taken by Armenia, including the appeal to the Russian Federation, the Collective Security Treaty Organization and the UN Security Council to stop the Azerbaijani aggression and eliminate its consequences.
