The OSCE Permanent Council will hold a special session at 7pm Yerevan time today on Armenia's initiative, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Vahan Hounanian told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Azerbaijan opened fire early hours on Tuesday near the Armenian borders. The reports have been confirmed by the Armenian defense ministry spokesperson who said that the adversary also used UAVs.

According to the Armenian Defense Ministry, the strike included drones and large-caliber firearms fired in the direction of Goris, Sotk, and Jermuk.

The Armenian side has casualties and wounded. The death toll has reached 49. At least three civilians have been injured in a strike.
