The interaction between the U.S. and our allies is an occasion for discussion, for serious talks. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said this at a briefing, responding to a question about U.S. biolaboratories.
"We trust our allies, we know about their responsible approach to how they build their relations with the United States. But we also know that in their approaches to work with Russia's CSTO allies, the United States is guided by interests that are opposite to ours, and, accordingly, there is a field for in-depth discussions.
We do this by having and expanding the base in the form of corresponding memorandums of understanding and other documents," the deputy foreign minister said.
