Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov had a telephone conversation, Azerbaijani media reported.
The sides discussed the clashes on the Azerbaijani-Armenian border and tensions in the region.
