Armenia appealed to the European Court of Human Rights, demanding the application of interim measures against Azerbaijan.

The submitted applications refer to the targeting of civilian settlements in Armenia, the protection of the fundamental rights of the civilian population and prisoners of war.

Armenia also demanded from the European Court to apply Article 39, Clause 2 of its Charter and to immediately notify the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Ministers of the decision.
