EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Toivo Klaar will arrive in the region on Wednesday, Josep Borrell, head of the European Diplomacy, told Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.
The sides discussed the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and Borrell called for de-escalation and the observance of the ceasefire.
The head of European diplomacy believes that the sides need peaceful dialogue.
