Any geopolitical changes in the region are unacceptable. Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahyan said this at a meeting with Russian Ambassador Levan Jagharian and stressed the need to try to restore peace in the Caucasus region, Mehr reports. 

Amir-Abdollahian pointed to recent military tensions in the South Caucasus region, saying that the dispute could be resolved through peaceful and political means.
