Luxembourg is deeply concerned about Azerbaijan's military actions against the Republic of Armenia, which have already resulted in numerous casualties.
"Luxembourg is deeply concerned at reports about military operations by Azerbaijan directed against Armenia that have caused many casualties. Hostilies must stop. FM #Asselborn calls on both parties to refrain from further escalation," the Luxembourg Foreign Ministry tweeted.
