Armenia's Permanent Representative to the UN Mher Margaryan said that at this moment there are reports that the fragile ceasefire is under threat, that Azerbaijan is planning another offensive, expanding the geography of aggression in the direction of Nakhchivan in order to realize its illegal aspirations and create an extraterritorial corridor through the sovereign territory of Armenia. His remarks came during  the UN Security Council meeting.

He recalled that on September 13, Azerbaijan initiated a major military offensive, to which the eastern and southeastern regions of Armenia were subjected.

Azerbaijan used a wide range of weapons, including artillery and strike drones. Azerbaijan has shown aggression against the territorial integrity of Armenia, which is a gross violation of international law and the UN Charter. The culprit has a name - it is Azerbaijan, which behaves in a hostile manner towards Armenia, Margaryan added.
