The Minister of Defense of Russia, Sergei Shoigu, had a telephone conversation Thursday with the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan, Karim Valiyev.
According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, they discussed matters related to the situation in the region.
