Today, Armenia will file an application to the International Court of Justice, the press secretary of the Armenian representative for international legal affairs Hasmik Samvelyan told NEWS.am.
Samvelyan noted that the basis for the application to the International Court of Justice is the commission of war crimes by Azerbaijan.
"Azerbaijan will be brought to trial on grounds of racial discrimination, attacking civilian objects, and a number of other grounds," Samvelyan noted.
