YEREVAN. – Hraparak daily of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes: Although a humanitarian ceasefire has been established for several days now [at the Armenia-Azerbaijan border area], there are still reports that the adversary [i.e., Azerbaijan] is amassing troops along the RA border, also in Nakhichevan sector, and the ceasefire may be violated at any moment.

[Armenian PM Nikol] Pashinyan does not deny these reports either, who yesterday had phone conversations with [Russian President Vladimir] Putin, US Secretary of State [Antony] Blinken, and French President [Emmanuel] Macron, and told everyone: "Although it is relatively calm at the border, the situation remains very tense."
And the day before yesterday, RA representative at the UN Security Council, Mher Margaryan, said that if the international community does not directly condemn and hold Baku accountable, the [Azerbaijani military] aggression may expand, and noted that the ceasefire regime is at risk because Baku is preparing a new attack [on Armenia].

On the other hand, yesterday evening we were receiving news from Jermuk [city] that the enemy has removed the military equipment deployed on the border—which may be due to the [Jermuk] visit of the ambassadors [to Armenia] and CSTO operative team.
