One of fact-collecting groups of the Ombudsman's Office of Armenia is in Jermuk, which was under the fire of Azerbaijani Armed Forces from September 13 to 15, the Human Rights Defender of Armenia reported on Facebook.

“It was recorded on the spot that a gas pipeline, a medical station were damaged as a result of an Azerbaijani attack, and an ambulance was fired upon." The Ombudsman's representatives took out shrapnel parts of rockets from the territory," the statement reads.
