The public farewell for Queen Elizabeth II concluded on Monday in London.

The public farewell to the Queen was held for four days at the Palace of Westminster, which was open for public visits—on this occasion—around the clock.

Many people stood in line for up to ten hours to say goodbye to the Queen.

The funeral of Queen Elizabeth II will take place Monday, at Westminster Abbey, and kick off at 11am local time.

Queen Elizabeth II, who ruled the UK for more than 70 years, died on September 8 in Scotland at the age of 96. Her son, Prince Charles, has become King Charles III, and his wife, Camilla—Queen consort.
