Iran offered assistance to U.S. citizens affected by Irene hurricane, said spokesperson for Iranian foreign office Ramin Mehmanparast.
Mehmanparast expressed condolences to the families of victims.
“Iranian Red Crescent is ready to assist the countries affected by the hurricane,” he said, ISNA news agency reported.
