The authors, customers and perpetrators of the bombing of the Crimean bridge were the security services of Ukraine, it is a terrorist act, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with the chairman of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin, reports RIA Novosti

"There is no doubt here. This is an act of terrorism, aimed at destroying the critical civil infrastructure of Russia," he noted.

The head of the Investigative Committee announced the opening of a criminal case under the article terrorism. He also informed the head of the state about the identification of suspects involved in the preparation of the bombing.

According to him, now the investigators continue to establish the goals and objectives of the crime. All available data suggests that it was an act of terrorism aimed at destroying a large civilian infrastructure facility, Bastrykin stressed.
