Moldovan authorities may decide again to close the airspace, Moldovan Defense Minister Anatolie Nosatii said on Monday.

"Given the current situation, various measures can be taken to ensure national security. Since the missiles are launched from the Black Sea, they may also cross Moldovan airspace in the future," Nosatii said on Moldova 1 TV.

According to him, the decision to close the airspace is taken by the decision of the commission for emergencies after consultations with all responsible bodies.

Earlier, the press service of the Moldovan Defense Ministry reported that three missiles fired from Russian ships in the Black Sea flew over the republic on Monday. The Moldovan Foreign Ministry said that the Russian ambassador to Chisinau, Oleg Vasnetsov, had been summoned to the republic's Foreign Ministry in connection with this.
