Russian FM Sergey Lavrov called for responsibility for speculation about a possible Russian nuclear strike, RIA Novosti reported.
"I hope that those who constantly speculate on the topic of nuclear war, on the topic of allegedly organizing provocations by Russia using weapons of mass destruction, I hope they realize their responsibility," the minister said.
