American journalist Lindsay Snell reacted to a new video published by Azerbaijanis about torture of Armenian POWs.
"Another horrific video of Azerbaijani soldiers torturing Armenian POWs for EU politicians to tweet their deep concern about amid meetings with Aliyev about Azerbaijan's gas output," she wrote on her Twitter microblog.
She noted that one of the tormentors has a Turkish (not Azerbaijani) accent.
