YEREVAN. – Hraparak daily of Armenia writes: According to some diplomatic sources, it has been decided that the 2023 Nobel Peace Prize will be awarded to the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan—if they sign the peace treaty by then.

We do not rule out that this news about the 2023 [Nobel Peace Prize] laureates is being spread on purpose, as the geopolitical centers are more interested than us that the Armenian-Azerbaijani peace agreement is signed as soon as possible and peace, according to their ideas, is established in the region. But it cannot be ruled out as well that with such promises they are trying to interest the parties by awakening their ambition.
