The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) has found out that the main plotter of the explosion at the Crimean Bridge is Kyrylo Budanov, the Chief of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine. TASS was informed about this on Wednesday at the Public Relations Center (PRC) of the FSB.

Also, the FSB identified 12 participants in the plotting of this explosion, and eight of them have been arrested.

"Currently, five citizens of Russia, three of Ukraine and Armenia, who participated in the preparation of the crime, have been arrested within the framework of the criminal case," the PRC informed.

According to the department, the bomb was placed in a film roll, and the explosive was sent from Odessa through Bulgaria, Georgia, and Armenia.
