The Russian Defense Ministry announced the return of 20 Russian servicemen "from Kiev-controlled territory in Ukraine."
"As a result of the exchange negotiation process, 20 Russian servicemen were returned today from the Kiev-controlled territory of Ukraine. The freed fighters are now being provided with the necessary medical and psychological assistance," the Russian Defense Ministry noted.
