Russian and Azerbaijani presidents Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev have launched a meeting in Astana, RIA Novosti reported.
Earlier Kremlin spokesman Yuri Ushakov said that not only bilateral cooperation but also Armenian-Azerbaijani relations would be discussed at the talks. He stressed that Russia "actively and greatly contributes to the normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia."
