Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan on Friday held a phone conversation with the High Representative of the European Union (EU) for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell.
The interlocutors discussed matters related to the mandate, activities, and location of the EU civilian mission to be carried out in Armenia—and in accordance with the agreement reached in Prague.
