The Federal Security Service has stated that the explosives for the Crimean Bridge were delivered by sea, but it is still unclear how exactly and whether a grain carrier was used for this purpose, Russian President Vladimir Putin said, RIA Novosti reported.

"The Federal Security Service has stated that most likely this so-called cargo, more precisely to say explosives, explosive substance was sent by sea from Odessa, but it is not exactly established with the help of grain carriers or not. This is the question. There is no answer to it yet," Putin told reporters.
