The fire at a substation in Belgorod, Russia, was extinguished after the shelling by the Ukrainian armed forces, governor Vyacheslav Gladkov of Belgorod region informed on Telegram.
Also, he informed that the local water supply is normal, and the water pumps have switched to other power grids.
Gladkov added that after the fire, the electricity supply is being restored in Belgorod.
