The Police of Armenian have introduced the new criteria whereby foreign nationals who have made a significant contribution in the economy, science, education, culture, health care, and sports of Armenia can be granted Armenian citizenship in a simplified manner.

The respective draft decision has been posted on the Unified Website for Publication of Legal Acts’ Drafts.

According to this draft, foreign nationals who have invested at least $150,000 in the economy of Armenia can be granted Armenian citizenship.
