The majority of U.S. residents are not going to vote for U.S. leader Joe Biden in the presidential election in 2024, reports Fox News. According to the channel's poll, only 33% of respondents support the re-election of the head of state, and 54% of Americans are going to vote for someone else.
For Biden, it is the lowest indicator of approval of his plans to go to a second term, because in January this year, about 36% of respondents spoke in favor of his election in 2024. However, according to the study of the TV channel, nine months ago the number of opponents of re-election of the current head of state was also higher - 60%.
Fox News stresses that the most supportive of Biden's desire to go for a second term are supporters of the Democratic Party - 71%, and the greatest number of those who are going to vote for another candidate is among the Republicans - 91%. Meanwhile, among independent voters, the bias is in favor of voting for someone else - 54% of respondents said so, while only 13% are willing to support Biden.
