The Armed Forces of Belarus guarded the railroad, bridges and crossings to prevent provocations, the press service of the Defense Ministry of the republic reported in Telegram.

It is reported that the military equipped near the objects for firing small arms and military equipment.

"The main purpose of the measures to strengthen the state border is to ensure the safety of citizens of the Republic of Belarus, to stop violations of the state border, to exclude channels of supply of weapons and ammunition," the message reads.

The Belarusian Armed Forces are rotating the units that perform the tasks of strengthening the state border protection.
