Azerbaijan attributes its own violations of the ceasefire regime to Armenia. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote this on his official Twitter page. "Obviously, this is a creation of a pretext for new military aggression against Armenia," Pashinyan wrote.
According to the prime minister, permanent international mechanisms are needed to enforce the ceasefire and ensure border security.
