It is obvious that the balance in the region is changing, taking into consideration the events connected with Russia, David Price, chairman of the Democratic Partnership Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives, at a joint press conference held in Yerevan on October 18 with Eduard Aghajanyan, the head of the Armenian NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations.

Asked what Armenian-American military cooperation could be, are there any specific programs, Price first said he had no specific statement about it today, and then added that perhaps some forces are no longer as radical as they used to be, and there will be changes. There are discussions going on right now both among and with our friends, particularly about how relations will develop, including in the area of security. These discussions are quite intense at the moment, Price concluded.
