YEREVAN. – Past daily of Armenia writes: (…) there are major dissatisfactions in Artsakh [(Nagorno-Karabakh)] related to the Yerevan visit of the delegation led by Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan; in particular, to the meeting with [Armenia’s] Nikol Pashinyan and, in general, to the latter's policy being conducted on the Artsakh issue.

According to information, during the last meeting in Yerevan, Pashinyan told the Artsakh delegation in an open text that he could no longer do anything on the Artsakh issue.

In general, in recent times, the representatives of the authorities [of Armenia] make it clear that the authorities of Artsakh and the Russian Federation [(RF)] are in charge of the Artsakh issue.

According to the Artsakh source of Past newspaper, those in Artsakh are not going to sit idly by and are preparing concrete steps. According to our information, a delegation from Artsakh is going to head for Moscow in the coming days to meet with the RF political leadership.

The main goal of the delegation is to get any explanation and clarification regarding the future fate of the Artsakh issue. Also, we were told that preparations are currently being made in Moscow to set up the pending meeting.

The source of the newspaper informs also that a meeting with RF President Vladimir Putin is considered probable.
