YEREVAN. – Zhoghovurd newspaper of Armenia writes: The war unleashed by Azerbaijan on September 13 paralyzed the public administration system for some time.
Some departments did not complete the tasks planned in September on time, and their implementation was put off indefinitely. Zhoghovurd daily learned that the Audit Chamber of has found itself in such a situation. It became known to us that the Audit Chamber was supposed to conduct an audit of the financial and economic activities at the Kapan Municipality and the Gegharkunik Regional Administration, but they have been put off.
According to the reasoning of the Audit Chamber, they were suspended due to an unforeseen circumstance making the implementation of the audit impossible. And the mayor of Kapan [city], Gevorg Parsyan, speaking to Zhoghovurd daily, reflecting on this matter, said: "I suppose it was related to September 13. I have no information on when the audit will start."
