The Defense Ministry knows the location of the remains of fallen soldiers, but Azerbaijan does not allow to take them out, Kristine Grigoryan, Armenia's ombudswoman, told journalists on Thursday.

She added that the figures of servicemen missing as a result of September aggression of the enemy may periodically change.

Grigoryan explained that as of September 16, the Human Rights Defender's office had received more than 40 relevant appeals. "During this time, more than 130 bodies of the dead have been handed over to the Armenian side. In addition, an examination of identification has been carried out. As a result, the data has changed. At the moment, the number of missing servicemen is at least 29," the ombudswoman stressed.
