YEREVAN. – Hraparak daily of Armenia writes: We had written that during the last meeting with Artsakh [(Nagorno-Karabakh)] President Arayik Harutyunyan, [Armenia’s PM] Nikol Pashinyan, in addition to saying that Armenia no longer has any business and Artsakh should directly negotiate with Baku, also insinuated that it would be good if the Artsakh authorities also move towards the West, as Russia will soon come out of Artsakh—as if due to the weakening of its positions, Russia does not want to enter into a conflict with the Turkish-Azerbaijani tandem.

The president and the political forces of Artsakh have accepted this information reported by Pashinyan as bad news, the [Artsakh] political arena has activated all connections for several days to verify from the RF [(Russian Federation)] the authenticity of this information. They have planned to go to Moscow and asked various figures to verify through their "channels" how true it all is.

Yesterday, they told us that various high-ranking circles of Russia have dismissed the "news" announced by Pashinyan; they said that they are not going to gift the South Caucasus to others, and they have no intention of leaving Artsakh.

By the way, also the AR [(Artsakh Republic)] President's visit to Moscow is planned in the near future, after which the picture will become more complete.
