Chief of Staff of the National Assembly Vahan Naribekyan participated in the Friday's meeting of Secretaries General of the parliaments of the member states in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) in Strasbourg.

During the meeting, the parliamentary staff discussed the issues facing the parliaments, the ways of addressing them, and ensuring normal functioning of the staff in the face of modern challenges, the press service of the parliament informed NEWS.am.

Particular attention was paid to the concept of "Green Parliaments" in terms of ensuring the effective management of administrative buildings of parliaments, the normal functioning of MPs and staff, possible savings due to the energy crisis, climate change.

Naribekyan held meetings with the secretaries general of several parliaments. Bilateral cooperation with the parliaments of France, Belgium and other countries was discussed.
