Representatives of the Armenian Institute of International and Security Affairs hosted Armen Grigoryan, secretary of the Armenian Security Council, on Friday.

The AIISA press service told NEWS.am the topic of discussion was the security environment and challenges facing Armenia in September-October and discussed the possible impact of military and security factors, events and trends on Armenia's security environment.

During the discussion with the participation of associated experts and partners of the Institute the current challenges facing Armenia and Armenia's ability to respond to potential new threats in case of changes in international relations were discussed.

During the discussion Grigoryan presented information on the current negotiation processes as well as details on the activities aimed at deepening the bilateral relations of Armenia's partner states.

The meeting was held in a businesslike and warm atmosphere, and the importance of agreeing to hold such meetings on a regular basis was emphasized.
