Russian Minister of Defense Sergei Shoigu on Sunday held a telephone conversation with Minister of the Armed Forces of France, Sebastien Lecornu, informed the Ministry of Defense (MOD) of Russia.

“They discussed situation in Ukraine, which is rapidly deteriorating. General of the [Russian] Army Sergei Shoigu conveyed to the French counterpart his concerns about possible provocations by Ukraine with the use of a ‘dirty bomb,’” the Russian MOD added.
