Azerbaijani media is full of "expert" discussions against the arrival of EU and OSCE observers to Armenia. Edmon Marukyan, Ambassador-at-Large of Armenia and Chairman of the Bright Armenia Party, wrote this on Twitter.

Then Marukyan addressed the Azerbaijani president and asked: “If you haven't occupied Armenian lands and aren't planning a new aggression, then why are you so nervous about the expected international presence in Armenia?”
