The conflict in Ukraine should not make the world forget about other wars, French President Emmanuel Macron said when speaking at the Sant'Egidio Community Forum "The Cry for Peace - Religions and Culture in Dialogue" in Rome, Le point writes.

"The war in Ukraine is breaking into our Europe, shaking us, changing our lives, but I don't want it to make us forget other wars. For example, the war in the Caucasus, what is happening to the Armenian people, the war in Syria, in Iraq, in Somalia, in the Near and Middle East. On one side there is the people, the victim of aggression, on the other side there are the leaders who have decided to attack, invade and humiliate. And to stay on the sidelines in this situation, to think that one can remain neutral, is to recognize that the law of force is becoming global," Macron said.
