Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has left for Georgia on a working visit, Novosti Georgia reported.

The President of Azerbaijan and the Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili will hold talks.

"The Prime Minister of Georgia and the President of Azerbaijan will discuss all important matters of bilateral relations," Georgian Foreign Minister Ilia Darchiashvili told reporters.

According to him, during Aliyev's visit, the parties will discuss as well how the two countries should ensure peace and stability in the region.

"(...) and all the matters that exist in multilateral formats and amid regional challenges", the Georgian FM added, in particular.
