The recent Azerbaijani military aggression against Armenia was discussed in a special order at the 34th conference—in Barcelona—of the European region of the Parliamentary Assembly of La Francophonie (APF); it was put on the agenda right on the spot—an by the decision of the council of the heads of the delegations. Arman Yeghoyan, Chair of the Standing Committee on European Integration of the National Assembly of Armenia, wrote about this on Facebook.

"Already at the plenary sessions, the Armenian delegation presented all the details of the situation. It was obvious to me that there is a significant increase in attention to the matter among all delegations. We heard clear words of support from the parliamentarians of France, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Greece, as well as from the representatives of the APF. The resolution condemning the Azerbaijani aggression will be discussed in the French Senate on November 14," Yeghoyan added.
