Konstantin Zatulin, First Deputy Chairman of the Committee for CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots of the Russian State Duma, said that the parliament of Armenia has considered his entry into the country undesirable because of his remarks against Armenia.

Zatulin informed on Telegram that he received a letter from the Armenian parliament on Tuesday, and presented the text of this letter.

Also, he noted that he considers this move insulting.

"This was unexpected to us. We received a letter from the head of the Department of External Relations of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia. We were told that my visit [to Armenia] is unwanted and my statements harm the Republic of Armenia," the Russian lawmaker added.
