In its Cabinet session Thursday, the government of Armenia decided to provide an interstate loan of 20 billion drams (approx. US$50 million) from the state budget to the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) government.

This interstate loan will be provided to the government of Artsakh at an annual interest rate of 0.01 percent, and with a maturity date of January 1, 2026.

The loan is intended for the construction and furnishing of residential houses for displaced residents in Nagorno-Karabakh, as well as for the funding of their obligations to banks.
