Azerbaijan is attempting to fulfill a much bigger task with its attacks of aggression in May and November 2021, as well as in September 2022; their scale is hard to even imagine. Opposition MP and security expert Tigran Abrahamyan stated this during the traditional press briefings at the National Assembly of Armenia Thursday.

According to him, Azerbaijan is attempting to deprive Armenia of all chances and opportunities for existence.

"It is very important to record the territorial losses [of Armenia]. But the main objective of Azerbaijan is not the settlements. Baku's objective is to establish such control over Armenia's critically important facilities and communications that it will simply deprive it of its vitality; that is, from the opportunity to fight and develop normally," Abrahamyan noted.
